The role requires a visionary leader with experience and passion to contribute to our culture and drive success for clients. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising all activities related to the Workforce team for a dedicated program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with Operations to align team efforts with company objectives and partner requirements.
  • Build long-term, strategic relationships with external partners.
  • Analyze partner metrics and workforce staffing trends consistently.
  • Implement process efficiencies to optimize program performance.
  • Lead, support, and retain members of the Workforce team through active management and motivation.
  • Represent Workforce in sales meetings and contribute to RFI responses.
  • Stay informed of emerging tools and trends in workforce management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A University or College Degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Marketing, Communications, Business).
  • Experience using Aspect Software is considered an asset.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Superior organizational abilities and a results-focused mindset.
  • Ability to perform and lead in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Confidence interacting with employees at all levels and from diverse backgrounds.
  • Strategic thinking skills paired with strong planning and performance monitoring capabilities.
