Global Workforce Solutions Leader

As a strategic leader in Global Workforce Solutions, you will oversee the end-to-end contingent labor program. This involves governance, compliance, and execution of scalable processes for onboarding, access management, and offboarding of temporary labor and contractors.
The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including HR, Legal, IT, and Procurement. You will develop and govern program policies and processes, design, implement, and continuously improve workflows for requisition intake, contractor data governance, and compliance.
Key responsibilities include leading strategic program oversight, managing the Global Workforce Solutions team, developing program policies and processes, owning the VMS provider relationship and platform strategy, managing contingent workforce approved staffing vendors relationships, and overseeing all contingent labor-related contracts.
Qualifications:- 11+ years of experience in contingent workforce management, vendor management, HR operations, or procurement.
- Track record of building high-performing team culture and managing teams through change.
- Proven expertise in stakeholder engagement and cross-functional alignment across HR, Legal, IT, and Procurement.
- Deep knowledge of contingent workforce best practices, contractor classifications, onboarding workflows, and compliance.
- Strong functional and technical expertise in VMS platforms, with hands-on experience in configuration, workflow design, and optimization to align program goals.
- Strong background in contract negotiation, vendor oversight, and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Experience with VMS platforms (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline) and integration with HR/IT systems.
