Workforce Solutions Leader

This key role oversees daily operations of a contingent workforce program.
About the Role- Oversee the contractor lifecycle from request intake, candidate sourcing, rate validation, engagement management and offboarding to ensure seamless and compliant process.
- Provide primary advice on contingent workforce matters, including policy compliance, training, and Vendor Management System (VMS) usage.
- Partner with engagement managers to forecast contingent labor needs, provide market insights, and support fulfillment strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conduct quarterly vendor business reviews to analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and evaluate approved vendor performance.
- Foster strong relationships with approved staffing vendors to ensure compliance with program and contractual requirements.
- Develop and deliver training programs to ensure stakeholder alignment and adherence.
- Manage new vendor intake request process.
- Lead project initiatives through successful planning and execution, including support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to enhance VMS capabilities.
- Maintain external partnerships within contingent workforce industry to identify emerging trends and build upon best practices.
- Exceed customer expectations through process standardization, execution, and identifying innovative continuous improvement opportunities.
- 7+ years of experience supporting internal Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
- Strong understanding of full contractor lifecycle, including sourcing, compliance, performance tracking, issue resolution and offboarding with focus on operational excellence.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to drive program and policy compliance.
- Hands-on experience with VMS platforms (e.g. SAP Fieldglass, Beeline, etc.) including reporting and continuous process improvement.
- Strong working knowledge of contingent workforce best practices and related employment laws.
- Ability to operate successfully in team environment, collaborate with internal and external partners, and work through priorities with positive, flexible attitude.
