About this role:

We are seeking a talented professional to join our team as a Supervisor, Global Workforce Solutions. In this exciting opportunity, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs and SLAs.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years of experience working within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP). They will possess strong data analysis and visualization skills, with proficiency in Excel, Power BI or similar tools to build, maintain or interpret dashboards.

In addition, they will have process-oriented thinking, with a continuous improvement mindset and demonstrated ability to create and refine standard operating processes (SOPs) and user guides to reduce manual effort or streamline processes.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop, execute and continuously improve reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs and SLAs
  • Ensure all internal GWS processes are defined, streamlined, and documented
  • Execution of all internal audit activities including but not limited to Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation, monthly access reviews and the bi-annual consultant validation process

Key qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience working within an internal Contingent Workforce Program or for a Managed Service Provider (MSP)

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to operate successfully in a team environment and work through priorities with a positive, flexible attitude
