Business Analysis and Scrum Mastery Role

At our organization, we are dedicated to bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. As a Business Analyst/Scrum Master, you will play a key role in ensuring project success by leading Agile ceremonies and driving project execution with Agile best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with pathology and laboratory teams to gather requirements and prioritize user stories.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure alignment on requirements and implementation.
  • Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.
  • Drive project execution by tracking progress, identifying risks, resolving blockers, and communicating updates to leadership.
  • Support change management, training, and user adoption activities as part of project rollouts and go-lives.

Our ideal candidate has 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Scrum Master in healthcare IT, with strong knowledge of U.S. healthcare workflows, compliance, and regulatory requirements (HIPAA, CLIA, CAP, etc.).

Required Qualifications:
  • Must be detail-oriented.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMI-ACP, PMP, or equivalent certification.
  • Strong knowledge of Laboratory Information Systems (LIS) — Epic Beaker, Cerner, Sunquest, Orchard, or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in Agile methodology, with ability to lead cross-functional scrum teams and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
