Driving Business Agility with Agile Methodologies

  • Job Description:

  • As a seasoned Delivery Excellence expert, you will lead the adoption of Agile methodologies across project and product teams. Your role will be to elevate delivery capabilities and Agile maturity by promoting transparency, collaboration, and value delivery.

  • Key Responsibilities:

    • Drive Agile practices and Lean thinking across teams to enhance delivery predictability, collaboration, and value delivery.
    • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align business outcomes with organizational goals, ensuring transparency and governance.
    • Conduct Agile maturity assessments and delivery health checks to identify areas for improvement.
    • Track team performance using Agile metrics and promote data-driven decision-making.
    • Coach and mentor Product Owners and cross-functional teams to improve delivery efficiency and quality.
    • Standardize delivery governance and contribute to the development of Agile best practices and frameworks.
    • Lead Agile ceremonies: daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective execution and continuous improvement.
    • Identify and mitigate delivery risks early to minimize project impact.
    • Foster a culture of feedback, innovation, and psychological safety within teams.
    • Promote alignment between technical execution and business objectives through open communication.
    • Support DevOps, CI/CD, and automation practices to accelerate delivery timelines and improve quality.

  • Qualifications:

    • 8 to 12 years of experience in IT/software delivery, with at least 4+ years in Delivery Excellence, Agile Coaching, or similar transformation roles.
    • Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, Lean, and DevOps methodologies.
    • Exposure to SDLC, APIs, database concepts, microservices architecture.
    • Hands-on experience in delivery governance, project metrics, and stakeholder management.
    • Expertise in Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar delivery/project tracking tools.
    • Agile/Delivery certifications (e.g., PSM II/III, CSM, SAFe SPC/Agilist, PMP, or Lean Six Sigma) preferred.
