A dynamic and results-driven Agile Coach is required to lead the transformation of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with leadership and coaches to adopt an agile mindset, driving operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and coach teams in Agile and DevOps adoption, promoting delivery of business value.
  • Conduct Agile/DevOps assessments and initiate transformations based on client needs.
  • Develop strategies for Agile Transformation with global agile coaches and leadership.
  • Identify and remove organizational impediments to successful agile transformation.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Agile Coaching Experience and proven coaching abilities.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/DevOps Assessments and Initiation.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile teachings (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, Lean) and ability to address team dysfunctions.
  • Significant experience working with organizational leadership and teams to change and adjust design to promote self-organizing teams.
  • Experience with Value Stream Mapping and TDD BDD software development techniques.

  • Conflict Resolution: facilitate discussion and alternatives or different approaches.
  • Attitude of Empowerment: lead teams to self-organization.
  • Attitude of Transparency: desire to bring disclosure and transparency to the business.

The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for continuous learning, a willingness to share knowledge throughout the organization, and the ability to facilitate classes, workshops, and Agile sharing events.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
