Agile Transformation Leader VP">

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Agile Transformation Leader to lead our organization's Agile evolution. As the Vice President, Agile Transformation Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple squads, ensuring that Agile principles and practices are effectively implemented, and driving continuous improvement in product development processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean, and experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and senior leadership to deliver high-quality products and achieve strategic business goals.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • ">
  • Leading two or three squads as a Scrum Master and facilitating ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are productive and focused.">
  • Driving the Agile evolution strategy and implementation, aligning with organizational goals and objectives.">
  • Collaborating with Product Owners, Designers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment on product vision, goals, and priorities.">
  • Identifying and addressing impediments to team progress, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.">
  • Monitoring and reporting on key agility metrics, providing insights and recommendations to squads during retrospectives.">
  • Using Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence to track progress and generate Sprint and project reporting.">
  • Promoting a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability within the teams and across the organization.">
  • Staying current with industry trends and best practices in Agile methodologies, incorporating relevant insights into the organization's Agile practices.">
  • Championing Agile values and principles, advocating for their adoption and integration into the organization's culture.">

The qualifications for this role include:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.">
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification is required.">
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Agile project management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.">
  • Proven track record of successfully leading Agile transformations in an organization.">
  • Strong understanding of Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.">
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.">
  • Ability to influence and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.">
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically and analytically.">
