- Working knowledge of asset classes, including bond, mutual fund, equity, and structured products. This encompasses corporate actions associated with different asset classes, settlement cycles, and mark-to-market valuation.
- Familiarity with SWIFT message types and their relevance is beneficial.
- Collaborate with bank stakeholders, departments, and vendors to gather accurate business requirements and solicit feedback. Proficiency in creating requirement documents, test case preparation, testing methodologies, incident reporting, and life cycle management is essential.
- Work with key stakeholders to obtain relevant datasets for functional analysis in issue resolution and new process implementations. Focus on reducing manual intervention in the BAU process.
- Support the team during refinements and planning to prioritize valuable features.
- Continuously seek better problem-solving methods in existing processes and design effective solutions.
- Contribute to audit, compliance, and budget planning tasks.
Experience Required:
- 3-5 years of business analyst or consulting experience with a focus on technology. Prior work experience in a fast-paced digital environment or previous business analyst experience is preferred.
