ERP Implementation Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP implementation specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in implementing ERP systems, particularly LOGIC ERP Product Suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business processes and provide solutions using LOGIC ERP Product Suites.
  • Gather customer requirements and conduct gap analysis.
  • Perform Software/Application configuration.
  • Configure ERP as per requirement gathered and coordinate with senior product experts for complex requirement configuration.
  • Implement LOGIC ERP Product Suite to the firm's standard methodology.
  • Provide user training and support to customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in ERP implementation, preferably with LOGIC ERP Product Suite.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, active listening, and customer service.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally to client sites.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Knowledge of procurement, sales & distribution, retail/POS, DMS, accounts & finance, production, e-commerce & omni-channel modules.
  • API and MS SQL technical skills.
