Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst to join our team.

The primary focus of this role will be on managing business applications, ensuring their smooth operation and efficient utilization. This involves working closely with stakeholders to identify business needs and requirements, developing strategies for application enhancements, and implementing solutions that meet these needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Oversee the development, testing, and implementation of business applications, ensuring they meet the required standards and deliverables.
  • Application Support: Provide assistance to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and resolve problems in a timely and effective manner.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including project managers, developers, and subject matter experts, to ensure seamless communication and coordinated efforts.
  • Vendor Management: Establish and maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts, and oversee the delivery of services.
Requirements:
  • Project Management skills, experience with Agile methodologies, and knowledge of IT service management frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, manage competing priorities, and meet deadlines.
