We are seeking a seasoned Business Analysis Leader to spearhead business requirements gathering and stakeholder communication.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, business acumen, and excellent communication abilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the analysis process, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving consensus among team members.

Responsibilities
  • Develop detailed documentation including business requirements documents and use cases.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather feedback and drive consensus.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in business analysis tools and software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Additional Requirements
  • Data analysis and reporting skills using SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
  • Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines.
