Business Analysis Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analysis professional to join our organization and help us shape our business strategy. As a Business Analysis Consultant, you will play a crucial role in analyzing complex business problems and developing solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze business requirements and identify areas for process improvement
  • Develop and maintain detailed business analysis reports and documentation
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective solution implementation
  • Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate stakeholders on business analysis best practices
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of listed derivative products lifecycle
  • Strong knowledge of BO Processes (booking, settlements, accounting)
  • Strong knowledge of market actors and processes (clearing broker, executing broker, clearing house, market, regulation authorities)
  • Knowledge of financial flows, including specificities of listed derivatives (Initial Margin, Mark to Market)
  • Sound knowledge of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Lean/Kanban would be a plus)
  • Involvement in process improvement
  • Basic SQL (simple queries, joins)
