Job Description

As a Business Analysis Manager, you will be responsible for leading the analysis of initiatives requiring strategic change across multiple platforms.

You will collaborate with the Product Owner to communicate the product vision, roadmap, and MVP, and facilitate refinement sessions with Agile teams and business to detail out User Stories.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience as an IT Systems Analyst or IT Business Analyst in an Agile environment
  • Agile Certification (CSM, PSM, CSPO, PSPO, PMI-ACP, SAFe)
  • Proficiency in using Agile Workflow tools like JIRA or TFS
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and business audiences
