Key Responsibilities

As an Amazon customer service team member, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and/or email regarding order and product questions, payment matters, and website guidance.
  • Utilizing various tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to effectively communicate with customers.

  • Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e., early, late, overnight, weekend, and overtime as required).
