Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Support & Mentorship:
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to junior staff, driving problem management and ensuring global support efficiency.
  • Serve as the final point of escalation for complex hardware, software, and networking issues that cannot be resolved by Level 1 or Level 2 support teams.
  • Assist L1 and L2 technicians globally with complex cases and provide expert knowledge sharing.
