Job Title: Customer Support Associate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Reach out to prospects via phone calls with the goal of introducing skincare products.
  • Foster effective communication and highlight the value proposition to engage customers.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets through successful telephonic selling strategies.
  • Apply consultative selling techniques to identify customer needs and recommend suitable products.
  • Nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with customers through regular follow-ups and personalized communication.
  • Address customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
  • Develop a deep understanding of product offerings and communicate their features and benefits effectively to customers.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with customers in our CRM system.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, activities, and challenges.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in sales conversion, preferably in the beauty and lifestyle sector.
  • Excellent communication skills with a clear and persuasive approach.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
