Conversational AI Developer Role

We are seeking a skilled Conversational AI Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of conversational flows.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and refining conversational interfaces that meet business requirements. This involves developing complex dialogue flows, translating business needs into structured conversation patterns, and integrating agents with external platforms via workflow automation tools.

  • Develop and configure conversational flow designs to meet business objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into structured dialogue flows, handling multiple branches and edge cases.
  • Integrate conversational agents with external platforms via Make.com and/or n8n.
  • Debug and refine agent behavior to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Document workflows and provide best practices for scalable conversational builds.
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of experience in conversational AI, automation, or related fields.
  • Proven expertise with conversational flow creation and management.
  • Experience with workflow automation tools such as Make.com and/or n8n.
  • Strong knowledge of webhooks, JSON, HTTP requests, APIs, and integrations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Evidence of completed projects showcasing real-world conversational flows.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience integrating with CRM systems, booking platforms, or call management systems.
  • Familiarity with other AI platforms for broader perspective.
