Job Role Overview

A critical role in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and seamless transition from legacy systems to a new platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems.
  • Create data mappings and execute loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system.
  • Identify anomalies in data and rectify conversion errors.
  • Develop and utilize data mapping tools to support conversion efforts.
  • Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (optional).
  • Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
