Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Client Service Manager to oversee client experiences in the financial services space.

This role requires delivering exceptional service, working closely with clients and internal teams for seamless onboarding, efficient query resolution, and timely coordination of operations such as NAV release, fee calculation, and fund transfers.

  • Manage and strengthen client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Coordinate with Fund Accountants, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Handle subscription/redemption requests and fee calculations accurately and efficiently.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in Client Servicing, preferably within Financial Services.
  • Strong knowledge of Foreign Portfolio Investment (FPI) regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and efficiency.
