We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relations Manager to join our team. This role is crucial for developing strong client relationships and ensuring their marketing needs are met efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with clients, understanding their unique marketing needs.
  • Project & Campaign Management: Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, managing multiple projects and delivering communication solutions that align with client goals.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Ensure effective documentation, comprehensive reporting, and commercialization of all client-related communications.
  • Business Growth: Proactively generate additional business from existing clients by promoting various solutions and services.

  • Professional Presence: Possess a good personality, strong knowledge, and exceptional communication skills, essential for interacting with senior professionals.
  • Drive & Ownership: Be self-driven, passionate, and willing to take ownership of assigned work.

Qualifications
  • Education: A postgraduate degree in marketing is required.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in an advertising agency is essential.
  • Client Experience: Experience in handling government clients is preferred.
