Operations Analytics Professional

We are seeking an accomplished professional to lead our operations analytics efforts. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct a team of analysts responsible for conducting in-depth analyses of operational data, identifying trends, and providing actionable insights.
  • Analyze complex data sets to optimize processes, improve planning effectiveness, and enhance overall efficiency.
  • Develop contingency plans to mitigate operational disruptions and spearhead special projects, such as optimizing block time and managing spare policies.
  • Centralize planning reports, implement process enhancements, and automate operations to streamline workflow and boost productivity.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of historical operational data to recommend effective flight schedules and optimize network performance.
  • Provide timely feedback to stakeholders on block time deviations and offer analysis reports and insights for various management initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in operations analytics or a related field.
