Senior Data Science Leader

A highly skilled and innovative data science leader is required to drive business growth through strategic data-driven decision making.

  • Proficiency in Python programming with expertise in Python's numerical, data analysis, or AI frameworks such as NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.
  • Experience working with large language models (LLMs) like Llama, T5, Falcon, and Langchain.
  • Strong understanding of the evolution history of NLP, training data creation, setup, and fine-tuning.
  • Ability to interpret complex research papers and architecture diagrams of language models.
  • Familiarity with advanced techniques such as LORA, RAG, Instruct fine-tuning, Quantization, and others.
  • Proven experience in predictive modeling using Python, including time series, multivariable, and causal modeling.
  • Expertise in machine learning techniques and their key parameters.
  • Ability to design and implement systems that capture and utilize large datasets to measure performance via metrics or KPIs.

  • Develop and maintain high-quality machine learning models to drive business outcomes.
  • Research and recommend new technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Communicate complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
