Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, and advanced Excel skills.
  • Analyze sales trends, market performance, and customer behavior to identify opportunities and risks.
  • Provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making on marketing campaigns, product launches, and portfolio management.
  • Data Management:
  • E nsure data accuracy, integrity, and security by collaborating with IT and data engineering teams.
  • Manage large datasets from internal and external sources, including CRM systems and market intelligence platforms.
  • Support the implementation and optimization of data warehouses and ETL processes.
  • Strategic Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on BI initiatives.
  • Market and Competitive Intelligence:
  • Monitor market trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to provide timely intelligence.
  • Support forecasting and scenario planning based on industry insights.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Identify and implement best practices in BI processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Train team members and stakeholders on the use of BI tools and data interpretation.
Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Proficiency in BI tools, SQL, and data modeling capabilities.
  • A solid understanding of pharmaceutical market dynamics and knowledge of pharma market data sources.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing business challenges.
