Job Title

Senior Data Management Professional

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and Maintaining Analytics Data Warehouse: Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the analytics data warehouse and master data management (MDM) systems, leveraging data from various internal applications and data vendors.
  • Designing Technical Solutions: Contribute to the design and development of technical solutions to ensure business requirements are satisfied.
  • Ensuring Data Accuracy and Consistency: Develops and deploys processes to establish and track data accuracy, completeness, and consistency within the data warehouse & MDM system.
  • Driving Adoption of Data Management Tools: Drive the adoption of data management and reporting tools for business users.
  • Delivering Data Sets and Views: Delivers data sets, views, and automated reporting to stakeholders on an as-needed basis.
  • Documenting ETL and MDM Processes: Documents ETL & MDM processes used for the data warehouse, data flow, and data quality to ensure visibility and transparency for stakeholders and boundary partners.

Qualifications:

  • Professional work experience in Master Data Management, preferably hands-on experience with Master Data Management (full lifecycle gathering requirements, choosing/implementing tool, building solutions).
  • Knowledge of an Enterprise-level Master Data Management platform such as Reltio MDM, Informatica MDM, Veeva Network, etc.
  • Awareness of MDM trends, MDM Concepts, and other technologies in the market.
  • Demonstrated experience in data profiling, data modeling, and data analysis to support requirements.
  • High proficiency with the SQL language and database management.
  • Good understanding of ETL, analytics, and visualization tools like Informatica, Alteryx, Power BI, Python, Excel, and Tableau.
