Job Title: Data Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead data-driven decision making. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for extracting insights from large datasets and developing AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data analysis, Modeling, Evaluation and Deployment of solutions – following best practices methodologies.
  • Understanding of optimization techniques including linear/integer/nonlinear programming and heuristics for finding the best solution to business problems.
  • Experience with gathering requirements, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, hypothesis testing, transforming findings into actionable tasks,
  • Proactive approach for areas where improvement is needed, like suggesting improvements to existing pipelines (tests, support, and enhancements)
  • Creation and adherence to standards to improve competency quality.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years of data science or operations research experience.
  • Experience in optimization techniques, including use of various libraries (e.g. CPLEX, Gurobi, ortools, etc.).
  • Strong Python coding skills, including object-oriented programming concepts, and basic working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience working in cloud technologies (preferably MS Azure, Google Cloud Platform nice-to-have).
  • Familiarity with machine learning concepts.
  • Experience in delivering projects using CRISP-DM methodologies and Agile project management (like Scrum, Kanban).
  • Experience with gathering requirements, transforming them into technical plans, data processing, feature engineering, models evaluation, hypothesis testing and model deployment.
  • Client-facing experience.
  • Able to apply independent research, gather information, and provide recommendations on diverse scope issues.
  • Excellent communication skills.
