Your role will be pivotal in applying domain and technology expertise to design and deliver AI-enabled solutions for life sciences clients. You'll bridge science, technology, and business stakeholders, proactively identifying client needs and authoring impactful proposals.

We require:

  • To translate clients' scientific and operational needs into solution roadmaps that drive strategic impact by bridging business, IT, and scientific domains.
  • Support new business development by expanding the footprint of our science, data, AI, and technology solutions within existing and new clients, collaborating closely with sales teams.
  • Lead proposal preparation, project estimations, and response to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring alignment between client requirements and our capabilities.
  • Develop statements of work (SOWs) and ensure smooth transition from presales to project execution by operations teams.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, best practices in bioinformatics, AI, platform engineering, and data sciences.

You should have:

  • Advanced degree (M.Sc. with 5+ years / Ph.D. with 3+ years) in Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or related field with proven consulting experience in biopharma services organizations.
  • Experience in bioinformatics services, presales, or customer-facing roles in Life Sciences or Biotech; Strong background in bioinformatics tools, OMICs data, and applications of AI/ML in life sciences.
  • Strong understanding of biotech and pharmaceutical data, workflows, and informatics systems across drug discovery, translational, clinical, and real-world data, with the ability to articulate strategic and operational impact of data and AI-driven solutions.
  • Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a global, matrix organization.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, synthesizing complex scientific and technical concepts into simple, compelling narratives.
