Seeking a skilled Compensation and Benefits Lead to fill a critical role in our organization. As a key member of the HR department, you will be responsible for designing and managing compensation programs, overseeing annual compensation review cycles, leading benefits program administration, and ensuring market benchmarking and legal compliance.
