Job Title: Human Resources Payroll Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the entire HR operations, payroll and compliance process for our APAC region. This includes managing the hire to retire data management, improving processes for efficiency and effectiveness, accurate and timely processing of employee payroll, benefits administration, tax and labour compliance, vendor management and people management.

This role requires a strong understanding of HR systems, with proficiency in HRM systems such as Workday/Oracle. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Additionally, the candidate will have experience in implementing Agile mythologies and lean six sigma processes to bring efficiency and effectiveness into the processes.

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in human resources / MBA.">
  • 15 to 20 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HR Operations hire to retire process, Payroll and compliance (preferably exposure to APAC countries).">
  • Handled a team of 5 to 10 people for 5 + years in your previous roles.">
  • Proficiency in HRM systems such as Workday/Oracle.">
  • Ability to communicate at all levels within the organization, locally and globally.">
  • Experience in a global (matrix) organization preferred.">
  • Effective collaboration skills and the ability to influence stakeholders and vendors, having exposure to ADP Celergo/Streamline and Money movement concepts.">
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.">
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.">
  • Implement Agile mythologies and lean six sigma processes to bring effective and efficiency into the processes.">
