Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Payroll Executive to join our team. This role is responsible for administering payroll for all employees in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.

This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of payroll processes and procedures, and be proficient in payroll software such as ADP or Paychex.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Administer payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date payroll records, including salary changes, deductions, and attendance.
    • Ensure correct deductions for taxes, benefits, retirement plans, and other deductions are applied.
    • Prepare and submit payroll-related tax filings, such as quarterly payroll reports and annual W-2 forms.
Required Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure.
  • Proficiency in payroll software, such as ADP or Paychex.
