Position - Lead Compensation & Benefits

Location: New Delhi

Reporting to: Head - Talent Management & HRBP

Our client, a dynamic and fast-growing Fintech in the Indian credit markets (Corporate Lending, Real Estate, Digital Consumer Finance, Affordable Housing & AIFs), is looking for an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to drive the C&B, HR Operations, and Compliance portfolio.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead Compensation & Benefits strategy, HR operations, payroll & compliance across group companies.
  • Drive annual compensation review, AIP management, budgeting, and workforce planning.
  • Oversee payroll (100% accuracy, statutory compliance, audits, F&F, tax filings).
  • Manage ESOPs, insurance programs, HRMS modules, and benefits communication.
  • Benchmark compensation trends and implement progressive C&B practices.
  • Partner with HR, Finance & business leaders to design and roll out innovative reward programs.

What We're Looking For:

  • 9-15 years of experience in Compensation, Benefits & Payroll (fintech/financial services preferred, but open industry).
  • Strong knowledge of ESOP management & administration (MANDATORY)
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS, Excel, and analytics.
  • Master's degree (HR preferred).
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing high-volume C&B operations.
