Conduct thorough assessments of customer needs to develop effective plans to address them.
Relationship DevelopmentCultivate strong relationships with key staff in client companies to drive business growth and profitability.
Conflict ResolutionEfficiently resolve customer complaints and concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Sales SupportIdentify and forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team to drive revenue growth.
Process ImprovementPromote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes to drive business excellence.
Customer RetentionAim to preserve customers and renew contracts to drive long-term business success.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career growth and development.
