Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Engineer to join our team based in Pune, Maharashtra, India. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and expanding market share in Gutor's UPS business in Oil & Gas and key industrial segments.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and expand market share in Gutor's UPS business in Oil & Gas and key industrial segments
  2. Develop and execute action plans with structured and planned sales activities toward sustainable and profitable orders intake and sales of Gutor's offer based on established and new business models and go-to-market approaches
  3. Assess existing market potential and define new opportunities and markets for growing Gutor's business
  4. Secure Gutor's success as a team based on whole customer experience from marketing and sales activity through tendering, project execution and after-sales service and customer support
Requirements
  • Selling experience - Fresher or maximum of 2 years in the UPS industry
  • Electrical engineering degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge on customer engagement, penetration into new customers, drive for results, organization skills and time management, understanding of business development activities, effective communication skills both written and verbal
Salary Estimate

Rupees 8-12 lakhs per annum (approximately $10,000-$15,000 USD), depending on qualifications and experience.
