Employer Branding Role

We are seeking an Employer Brand Specialist to partner with our Global Recruiting Team and drive authentic storytelling that positions us as an employer of choice.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with recruiters globally to understand hiring goals and translate them into compelling employer brand initiatives.
  • Crafting engaging, on-brand recruitment campaigns across digital and social channels, in collaboration with the marketing and design teams.
  • Utilizing AI tools to ideate, draft, and scale content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Cultivating employee stories, culture content, and thought leadership across platforms like Instagram and career sites.
  • Building and supporting internal communications, including employee referral campaigns and culture engagement initiatives.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Hands-on experience with design tools like Canva and Adobe Photoshop, as well as AI-driven design agents to scale creative assets.
  • Expertise in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related field within talent acquisition or communications.
  • A social media mindset with a knack for creating content that drives engagement and builds community across platforms.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to turn business needs into engaging, people-first messaging.
  • A strategic mindset paired with a creative, out-of-the-box approach, thriving in fast-moving, collaborative environments.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with marketing, design, and recruiting teams across global time zones.
