Senior Associate Role

The ideal candidate will bring in-depth expertise in employment law, strong advisory skills, and the ability to lead impactful mandates.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide employment and labour law advice to clients on a wide range of issues, including contracts, HR policies, compensation structures, and termination matters.
  • Represent clients before labour authorities, tribunals, and other forums as necessary.
  • Draft and negotiate employment-related documentation and settlement agreements.
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in employment law and contribute to knowledge management initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including litigation, corporate, and compliance teams.

Candidate Profile:

  • LL.B. degree from a reputable law school.
  • 7–12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with a top-tier law firm or leading in-house legal department.
  • Strong command of employment laws, industrial regulations, and case law developments.
  • Excellent legal drafting, research, and analytical skills.
