Family Law Specialist

This is a challenging and rewarding role for a Family Law Specialist based in Delhi, India. As part of our team, you will be responsible for representing clients in family law cases, attending court hearings, providing legal advice, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and conducting legal research.

To succeed in this position, you will need to have a strong background in Family Law, including experience in litigation and advisory work. You should also have excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and the ability to empathize with clients and understand their legal needs.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Represent clients in family law cases
  • Attend court hearings and provide legal advice
  • Draft legal documents and negotiate settlements
  • Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date with current laws and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Family Law, including litigation and advisory work
  • Strong background in legal research, drafting legal documents, and negotiating settlements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to empathize with clients and understand their legal needs
  • Solid knowledge of current laws and regulations related to family law in India
  • A Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; a Master's degree is a plus
  • Membership in the Bar Council of India
