Lead Legal Specialist Position

  • Coordinate with external lawyers, track cases, manage documentation, and control legal costs.
  • Support internal teams on legal matters and dispute resolution.
  • Identify potential risks; draft, review, and negotiate contracts.
  • Manage contract lifecycle and mitigate potential risks.
  • Provide legal input for strategy and statutory compliance.
  • Lead and develop the legal team, fostering an ethical and collaborative culture.
