Area Sales Manager for Oil and Gas Industry

Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with customers and MNC channel partners as a technical consultant and commercial support specialist.
Develop and implement effective channel strategies to achieve better results.
Understand customer requirements and provide MNC value-added solutions.
Develop a detailed plan to deliver strategic growth within the territory.
Connect customer feedback with product development to drive innovation.
Provide a coordinated approach to growth strategy, working closely with Business Units.
Negotiate sales and complete terms and conditions agreements.
Achieve assigned sales goals and identify projects with potential for growth.
Requirements:
Previous experience in Oil & Gas and process pump industry is essential.
Knowledge of API 610, API 685, API 682, API 617, API 618, and API 614 is required.
Experience in application support and technical know-how of pump/compressor applications and market is necessary.
Good knowledge of techno-commercial negotiations and experience working across client types (EPC, PMC, and End Users) in Oil & Gas (Refining and Petrochemical sectors) is required.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Customer-focused and strong, confident presence in front of the customer.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and critical thinking/problem-solving skills are essential.
Good presentation skills and language skills (fluent English) are necessary.
