Job Title: Sales Channel Expansion Professional
Job Summary
We are seeking a self-motivated Sales Channel Expansion Professional to join our team at QUBA (Home Appliances)_Tekshiv Systems Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a minimum 1-4 years experience in channel sales/distribution network in a similar field and be ready to tour extensively to appoint dealers/distributors in unrepresented areas and help them achieve secondary sales.
About the Company
QUBA (Home Appliances)_Tekshiv Systems Pvt Ltd is a well-established home appliances company with a wide range of products including gas stove, chimney, induction cooker, fans, and more. We are looking for candidates who can help us expand our sales network and increase our market share.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Appointing dealers/distributors in unrepresented areas
- Helping them achieve secondary sales
- Touring extensively to support the sales team
- Collaborating with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
- Providing excellent customer service and support
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum 1-4 years experience in channel sales/distribution network in a similar field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to travel extensively
