Senior Territory Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Manager to join our team at Tech Recruit Consultants. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned sales professional to drive growth and expand our presence in the Oil & Gas industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve assigned targets and expand our customer base in the territory.
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry.
- Collaborate with our technical team to provide technical support and expertise to customers.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure we remain competitive.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of sales success in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Strong understanding of the industry, including API standards and pump/compressor applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Fluent English language skills.
