Rural Banking Relationship Builder

The role of a Business Development Representative is to build and maintain strong relationships with Rural Banking customers.
About the Role:- Create business opportunities by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
- Become knowledgeable about our products and services, identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities to increase revenue.
- Contribute to penetration of liabilities business in Rural markets through lead generations and account opening as per customer needs.
- Achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships.
- Maintain high collections efficiency through discipline and drive.
- Monitor preparation of accurate documentation of loans and saving accounts.
- Coordinate with operations officers to ensure timely and accurate data entry.
- Ensure compliance as per bank requirements.
- Conduct field audits and customer verifications to ensure high-quality accounts.
- Gather latest market intelligence and track and benchmark against best practices in competitor banks.
- Recommend process changes to improve service efficiency and quality across the branch network.
