We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cement Sales Representative to promote our cement brand to masons contractors and Individual Home Builders IHBs in assigned territories The successful candidate will be responsible for visiting construction sites building relationships with key stakeholders and convincing them to use our cement brand for their projects Key Responsibilities Visit construction sites identify potential customers and promote our cement brand Build and maintain strong relationships with masons contractors and IHBs to increase sales and market share Convincingly demonstrate the benefits and unique selling points of our cement brand to customers Conduct product demonstrations presentations and workshops to showcase our cement products Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the growth of our cement business Gather market feedback competitor intelligence and customer insights to inform sales strategies Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing and logistics to ensure smooth sales operations Requirements 2 years of experience in sales preferably in the construction materials or cement industry Strong communication negotiation and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and manage a large territory Basic knowledge of construction practices and materials Familiarity with local market trends competitors and customer needs Proficiency in local language s and English Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively Preferred Qualifications Degree in Sales Marketing or a related field Experience with CRM software and sales management tools Knowledge of cement products their applications and industry standards What We Offer Competitive salary and commission structure Opportunities for career growth and professional development Supportive team environment and resources to succeed If you re a motivated and sales-oriented individual with a passion for building relationships we d love to hear from you Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Internship Contractual Temporary Volunteer Pay From 15 000 00 per month Language English Required Shift availability Day Shift Preferred Work Location In person
