The GWS Team is an internally managed contingent workforce program responsible for compliance and vendor management. We are customer-obsessed, providing a single point of contact for any contingent workforce need.

As a GWS Supervisor - Operations & Analytics, you will be primarily responsible for developing and executing reporting needs, process documentation, and audit responsibilities across the contingent workforce program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and continuously improve reporting dashboards and data sets that track defined KPIs and SLAs or support employee or vendor audiences.
  • Ensure internal processes are defined, streamlined, and documented.
  • Execution of all internal audit activities, including Vendor Management System (VMS) data validation and monthly access reviews.
  • Serve as Audit liaison with stakeholders for additional audit requests related to our VMS.
  • Develop and execute vendor QBR reporting and quarterly/annual cost savings reporting processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in an internal Contingent Workforce Program or Managed Service Provider (MSP).
  • Strong data analysis and visualization skills, proficiency in Excel or Power BI tools.
  • Process-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset and ability to create standard operating processes (SOPs).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
