Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional with expertise in Human Capital Management (HCM) to join our team. As an HCM consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and managing HR systems, processes, and procedures.

  • Technical/Functional or Techno Functional Consultant experience with Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience working on Fusion and exposure to EBS
  • Knowledge of Process Flow, Set-up, and Common Solutions to Modules Known in HCM

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, Security, Benefit, and HR Help Desk
  • Fusion and EBS experience
  • Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations & Extensions
  • Strong knowledge of SQL, Data Migration, and Customization
