Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant

We are seeking an experienced consultant to play a pivotal role in the successful implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM solutions.

This role requires expertise in product and implementation knowledge to configure and test the solution according to client business requirements.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into detailed technical specifications and solutions.

The key responsibilities include:

  • Leading end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Payroll, Core HR, Absence Management, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Benefits)
  • Developing functional specifications for reports, integrations, and data conversions
  • Performing system testing: unit, integration, UAT, and regression testing
  • Providing expert guidance on best practices and optimization within Oracle Fusion HCM
  • Actively contributing to Oracle Fusion Cloud projects

The successful candidate should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Oracle certifications are a plus.
