As a key member of our technical team, we are seeking an expert in PeopleSoft HCM development to support the delivery of high-quality services.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in developing and implementing custom solutions using PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with functional users to gather business requirements and document them accurately
  • Analyze existing systems, identify potential issues, and develop effective solutions
  • Design, build, and test software applications to meet business needs and deadlines
  • Develop and execute quality assurance tests for new features and bug fixes
  • Provide 24/7 on-call support as assigned to ensure seamless operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in PeopleSoft HCM development, including exposure to PeopleTools/Application Designer, PeopleCode, SQR, COBOL, Application Engine, SQL, and DMS Scripts
  • Familiarity with Oracle Database 19c or above
  • Strong understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM product suite, including Human Resources, Benefits Administration, eBenefits, Payroll for North America, and Time and Labor
  • Hands-on experience with the full software development lifecycle
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
