Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Developer

Experience: 3 Years to 5 Years

Work Location: Affintrix Office, Bangalore

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formula Developer who can design, develop, and maintain Fast Formulas across various HCM modules like Payroll, Absence, Benefits, OTL , and Compensation .

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage Fast Formulas in Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Write complex logic and calculations for:
  • Payroll rules
  • Leave/absence plans
  • Benefits eligibility
  • Compensation policies
  • Troubleshoot and fix formula-related issues
  • Use tools like Formula Results, Messages, and Logging for testing and debugging
  • Work with database items (DBIs), context variables , and input values in formulas
  • Collaborate with technical and functional teams during implementations

Requirements:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Fast Formulas
  • Good understanding of HCM modules: Payroll, OTL, Absence, Benefits, etc.
  • Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation or support projects
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
