Human Capital Management Consultant

Overview: A highly skilled Human Capital Management consultant is required to implement, configure and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM and a deep understanding of HR business processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management and OTL.
  • Perform end-to-end implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Conduct functional testing, prepare test scripts, and support UAT.
  • Provide post-go-live support and handle change requests.
  • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and SOPs.
  • Work with technical teams to provide functional specifications for reports, integrations, and customizations.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and localization requirements (e.g. GCC, India, UK).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM modules.
  • Strong knowledge of HCM data structures, workflows, and security roles.
  • Experience in at least one full-cycle Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
  • Understanding of HR processes and policies.
  • Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and BI Reports is a plus.
  • Strong communication, documentation, and client interaction skills.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud certification is preferred.
