Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Technical Consultant

We are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in HCM Extracts, Reporting, and Integrations. The ideal candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud tools and hands-on experience in building scalable, efficient, and user-friendly solutions to support HR processes in global organizations.

The role involves designing, developing, and supporting HCM Extracts, HDL, Fast Formulas, OTBI, BI Publisher Reports, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Configure and manage reporting and integration flows for Core HR, ORC, and other HCM modules.
  • Build and customize data models, dashboards, bursting logic, and layout templates to meet reporting needs.
  • Support end-to-end HR functional flows (Hire → Retire) including ORC to Core HR transitions.

Technical Skills:

  • BIP: Custom reports, complex data models, bursting, and layouts.
  • OTBI: Real-time dashboards & analytics.
  • HCM Extracts: Data exchange and HR/recruiting monitoring.
  • Fast Formulas: Build, debug, and maintain HR formulas.
  • HDL: Customers care
