Job Title: Oracle VBCS Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle VBCS consultant to deliver cutting-edge modern web and mobile applications with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud.

  • Design and develop modern web and mobile apps using VBCS with integrations to Oracle HCM Cloud, leveraging REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication for seamless data exchange.
  • Prior experience on Oracle HCM Redwood pages is essential for this role.
  • The ideal candidate will utilize JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Oracle JET to extend Oracle Cloud functionalities and create dynamic UIs using reusable components, REST integrations, and responsive layouts.
  • Maintain high levels of security by integrating VBCS applications with Oracle HCM via REST APIs and OAuth2 authentication.
  • Deploy and manage VBCS applications using CI/CD tools and Git repositories for efficient project management.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain HCM Extracts, BI Publisher Reports, and Fast Formulas for streamlined business operations.
  • Built and integrate HCM REST and SOAP web services for third-party systems to facilitate seamless data exchange.
  • Manage security profiles, roles, data access and workflow approvals in HCM for secure and controlled data access.
  • Perform data loading and mass updates using HDL (HCM Data Loader), and Spreadsheet Loaders for accurate and efficient data processing.
  • Collaborate with HR and business teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable configurations and extensions for optimized business outcomes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in developing and supporting modern web and mobile applications.
  • Strong experience in developing/supporting HCM Extracts for reliable data extraction and processing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing Fast Formulas for efficient data calculation and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in developing BI Publisher Reports and OTBI for data-driven decision making.
